Definitions
The “COMPANY” refers to Gregory’s
The “BUYER” refers to the purchaser of goods.

Summary
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

Payment
Goods shall not be passed to buyer until goods are paid in full.

Prices
Prices of goods supplied of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. The company has no control or liability over these rates.

Currency
We only accept British Pounds Sterling.

VAT
Prices show amount plus VAT to pay. All goods purchased are subject to 17.5%  VAT.

Fitness for Purpose
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and the fitment of goods supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use.

Liability
The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or any third party.

Electrical Goods
The company recommends that any electrical purchased should be tested and certified by a qualified electrician before use.

Delivery
We can recommend a courier service for the UK.
